IT-Support for Organisational Design
Key focus is the support of organisational design processes in business, using modern operations, products and methods from information and software engineering. IT-supported organisational design assumes that development must be aided through social as well as technical potentials. Therefore the situational context within a business will always be analysed first before software-engineering design can start. Practically tested concepts are available.
