Computer Vision
For almost 40 years now, informatics researchers in Hamburg have excelled in research and teaching in the field of image processing. Particular focus was on aerial image analysis, medical applications (tomography), analysis of technical drawings as well as knowledge-based scene interpretation, also in the context of image archiving and multimedia applications. HITeC has gained extensive experiences from international cooperative projects, often with industrial partners.
