Tool for the Simulation of Combined Production Simulation and Resource-flow Analysis
Gegenstand des Projektes ist die Durchführung von Simulationsstudien und Stoffstromanalysen bei dem Halbleiterhersteller Vishay zu verschiedenen Fragestellungen aus dem Bereich Produktion und Logistik unter Einsatz des Stoffstromsimulators Milan, der im Rahmen eines Promotionsvorhabens am Department Informatik entwickelt wurde. This project deals with the performance of simulation studies and material flow analysis for the semi-conductor producer Vishay using the material flow simulator Milan, addressing various questions from the fields of production and logistics. The simulator has been developed as part of a dissertation project at the Informatics Department.
